Instead of putting our hard-earned money straight into the billionaire’s pockets and giving them so much power to make decisions for us all, we should support our fellow hardworking Americans and their families.

“What does this look like?” “How do I do that?”

We have answers!

Mom and pop stores should be our first choice, wherever possible.

Small businesses in your area and online rely on customers to feed their families and pay their bills. Who must we help during challenging times? Each other!

This involves more of a lifestyle change than simply shopping at stores that still support all of us. This is daily and intentional decision to spend your money with small, local businesses where possible.

Shop at farmer's markets for fresh fruits and vegetables and various other products like cheese, meats, and fresh home baked goods.

This involves spending more time in our communities, shopping from our neighbors, looking out for each other where possible to ensure that we spend our money for goods and services there first and foremost.

If you are looking for particular items, try buying from the company directly, or E-bay or Etsy.

We will be updating these lists and pages frequently as we gather data and fact-check. If something you are looking for is not here, reach out to us! If you must shop at corporate, please select stores that are averse to laying off during tougher times, support ALL American workers, and give back to their communities. We have compiled a list of these stores on the Better Alternatives page.
